For out of network plans, we are happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement. Services may be reimbursed in full, in part, or not at all by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We can also assist you with checking your out of network benefits. Feel free to use the following insurance script to check your out of network benefits and reimbursement rates:
